Samantha Jones
Managing Partner
Samantha Jones is the managing partner of JAS Portfolios. She has led a varied and exciting life working around the world in high calibre environments. Specifically, she was once a personal trainer to a Saudi Royal Prince!
Since graduating with a Masters of Science and moving permanently to the US in 2014, she entered into the world of single family real estate through short to mid term rentals, flipping and buy and hold properties in Florida and Missouri. Realizing that the Multifamily space is where like minded, entrepreneurs thrive, she is now fully committed to complete her legacy through apartment syndications and is dedicated to help others optimize their own investments.
Her wisdom, experience, down to earth and lovable nature prove essential when relationships are being built with her investors and fellow team members.
Originally from England, Samantha is passionate and conscientious about the work and relationships she achieves. She lives in Sarasota, Florida and firmly believes that mindset, integrity and action determine how far you succeed.
Jae Haile Phillips
Managing Partner
Jae is the managing partner of JAS Portfolios. He is the optimum entrepreneur having successfully opened and run three Latin dance studios nationwide. Based in the Tampa Bay area, his work has been and continues to be appreciated across the world.
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Jae has been involved in real estate through flipping, buy and hold and short term rentals both in his home state of Missouri and locally in Tampa and Sarasota with his partner Samantha.
What began with a vision for generational wealth through single family real estate has now evolved with growing assets in a robust multifamily portfolio.
As a single dad of two sons, Jae daily demonstrates the hard work and determination it takes to become successful, and teach his boys to build their own legacies.
